We can make any design customers want. We love making custom designs for all occasions. If you would like to make an order for a custom design, please go to our "Custom Enquiries" page. We are located in Officer, Victoria but ship throughout Australia!

You can select your express post dispatch date at checkout. While delivery dates can’t be guaranteed, Australia Post provides estimated delivery timeframes based on your location. We recommend allowing extra time where possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any postal delays.

Every cookie is packed with protective bubble wrap before shipping. However, once your order leaves us, we’re unable to control how it’s handled in transit. For this reason, we can’t offer refunds for any damage caused during postage. To be on the safe side, you may wish to add a few extra cookies to your order.

Our cookies stay fresh for up to two weeks when kept in their original bags and stored in a cool, dry place. To maintain the best flavor and texture, be sure to keep them sealed and away from heat or moisture.

We have a minimum of 15 cookies per order. This helps us maintain consistency in production and packaging while ensuring the best quality for every batch we create.

Our sugar cookies contain flour, eggs, sugar, butter vanilla extract and fondant.
